Marine.
Minority owner.
Tampa Bay.
Jason Torrico didn't grow up in the spirits business. He grew up in service — to country, to family, to a city most people only ever drive through on the way somewhere else.
He didn't want
another rum.
He wanted the one that didn't exist yet. The one that drinks like vodka but lives like rum. The one you can pour at the dinner party and the cigar lounge and not apologize for either.
Three years.
Hundreds of batches.
Distilled, tested, scrapped, started over. Reverse osmosis. Natural flavors. Small batch, every time. No shortcuts because there weren't any shortcuts to take.
Bottled 2022.
Finalist 2025.
Just getting started.
Veteran owned. Minority owned. Tampa Bay built. Still small enough to know every batch. Still ambitious enough to want a whole lot more rooms to belong in.
